Pawel Zawislak
Pawel was born in 1977 in Lodz, Poland, he studied art, and has Masters Degree in Fine Arts. He has never stopped romancing with art, and he now works as a freelance illustrator. He moved to Australia in 2007, and Sydney is now his home.
Pawel’s journey with animal rights started around mid ’90s when he became vegetarian. He resisted going vegan for about 15 years, mostly because of his love for eggs. In 2011 he decided he couldn’t lie to himself anymore, and decided to go vegan.
In 2015 Pawel randomly started to get involved in animal rights protests, and 2016 activism became his obsession and his regular thing. He’s done many form of activism, but street outreach is what he does most.
