Tiny Team, Big Impact: Practical TikTok & Visual Storytelling for Animal Advocates.
This workshop pairs clear principles with hands-on craft to help animal advocates make effective short-form video on TikTok and Reels. We’ll demystify what makes cause content travel (hooks, humane framing, one message, one CTA) and then show a simple, phone-first method anyone can use. Attendees leave with a repeatable content loop, a welfare-first shot list, four plug-and-play formats with on-screen text prompts, and a 10-day action plan they can start immediately — no fancy kit required. Interaction is light (brief check-ins and a worksheet), keeping the focus on usable takeaways for small teams and busy volunteers.
Presented by Kelly Dinham (TikTok and visual storytelling specialist; photographer and advocate) and Kim (Content Director, strategic communications & advocacy). Together they combine practical production know-how with audience strategy and simple metrics, so participants can create watchable stories that respect animals, grow engaged communities, and drive meaningful actions.
