How to Start a Microsanctuary
Catherine and Isy from NSW Hen Rescue invite you to explore whether starting a microsanctuary might be right for you. You’ll learn how tiny, home-based safe havens can relieve pressure on overcrowded farm sanctuaries while advancing animal liberation through direct, everyday activism.
Catherine and Isy will share the power of offering exceptional care to liberated animals. And how sharing the stories of those individuals can reach hundreds of thousands of people, helping them connect with animals in a way they never have before. Even a casual visitor to your home can be deeply moved by the contrast between your care and the way these animals are normally treated in the animal abuse industries.
This uplifting, practical session will help you understand what’s involved and how you can create a place of safety, happiness, and love for liberated animals in need.
Small is beautiful. Start where you are. Help who you can.
